Biography
Zuo-Min Tsai was born in Maio-Li Taiwan, in 1979. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2006 from Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering, National Taiwan University. He is an associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan. His current research includes the design of microwave integrated circuits and microwave systems.
